We know that buying a QuickPen system is a long-term investment. Our goal is to make sure your QuickPen systems work for you both now and down the road. That's why we offer QuickPen Support Services, protecting your investment by giving you ongoing technical support, software updates, training, and software discounts. We've been taking care of our customers for 20 years.

We provide a comprehensive package of ongoing support, training and upgrades available annually at a surprisingly low cost. Some of our products even come with free support for the first year. When you subscribe to our annual support contract, we provide you with:

preferred access to our responsive, three-tiered technical support program;
ongoing access to our industry-leading training programs at the QuickPen Training Centers;
software updates whenever we add new features or improved functionality to our products;
and significant discounts on purchases of major software upgrades or new QuickPen applications.

Our technical support engineers are thoroughly versed in our systems, and we also make sure they know how to listen. They don't just give you answers, they give you solutions. And with the introduction of E-Support, our engineers can receive data from users, fix problems, and then send those fixes back via e-mail.
