CAD Software Support Engineer
QuickPen International, a leading developer of construction software, is currently seeking a CAD software Support Engineer in our Englewood, CO headquarters. Our Technical Support Group provides telephone and Web-based support to our customers including, but not limited to: system setup, configuration, implementation and general software usage. Customer communication is a mix of e-mail, telephone and web-based support. Position requires a great deal of interaction with internal personnel (developers, quality assurance and sales).
This position requires:
- In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD® 2004 or higher, and Piping or Sheet Metal Drafting
- Experience or background in Computer Aided Design or Drafting
- Passion for helping users of all different skill levels
- Must be self-motivated and dependable

Technical Instructor
QuickPen International, a leading developer of construction software, is currently seeking a Technical Instructor in our Englewood, CO headquarters. In addition to classroom training, a QuickPen instructor provides online training and, when necessary, training at remote locations. Since we develop our own training materials, strong writing skills are important. Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically piping and sheet metal, is a strong plus.
This is position requires:
- 3+ years training experience teaching software applications
- Outstanding Power Point Skills
- Passion for teaching with a high comfort level in teaching a diverse audience
- Ability to teach complex topics in an easily understood manner
- General computer application skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Instructional Systems Development or other training development models
- Technical writing skills

The Senior Consultant will maintain close customer contact, define specific client needs and tailor custom consulting solutions on a case-by-case basis. Because many services provided by the Consulting Group must be delivered on site, the Senior Consultant may be required to travel up to 75% of the time. The qualified applicant will have proven leadership and presentation skills, ten years estimating experience in Mechanical or Sheet Metal contracting, and proficiency in QuickPen's Mechanical and Sheet Metal estimating systems.
