Hotel Information
Trimble has arranged for a special hotel conference rate at the Mirage Hotel.
- Conference registrants are assigned rooms on a first-come, first-served basis until all available rooms are filled.
- Conference attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations.
- Trimble has arranged for a special conference rate of $179 per night plus a $10 Resort Fee at the Mirage Hotel. Both prices are subject to a 12% tax.
- You must mention the Trimble Dimensions 2012 Conference to receive the conference rate.
You can book your room using any of these methods:
- Register for the hotel at the same time you are registering for the conference, via the conference website at www.trimbledimensions.com.
- Call the Mirage Hotel reservation department directly: 1-800-499-6311.
Logistics
- Hotel Check In - Upon arrival at the Mirage Hotel, please proceed to the main registration desk for room accommodations.
- Conference Check In - Once you have arrived at the Conference Center at the Mirage, please proceed to the Conference Registration Desk to check in to the Conference. You will receive your conference materials, including a program agenda and a conference name badge.
- Name Badges - Name badges will be provided on-site at the conference. Conference badges are to be worn at all times, because your badge identifies you as a conference attendee.
- Meals - Trimble will provide all meals during the conference. Special dietary requirements should be indicated when you register. Any meals or snacks outside the sponsored functions outlined in the agenda will be at your own expense.
- Attire - The attire for the Trimble Dimensions 2012 is business casual. For the Wednesday evening Gala dinner, attire is semi-formal. Suggested attire for the men is sports coat or business suit and for the women business suit or cocktail dress.
