Guaranteed 1-hour response time between 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST for in-depth support by qualified Vulcan specialist. Gold plan members receive top priority phone support.

Software Training

Vulcan offers a variety of web-based training courses that are free to our clients.

Service Visits to Your Facility

$300 per day plus travel expenses.

Discounts on Parts

10% savings off list price. Some defective parts may be exchanged for up to 50% rebate depending on the nature of the repair.

Software Updates

Included during the duration of your service plan.

Additional Programs

10% savings off list price after initial machine sales.

Loaner Policy

Available at a nominal fee exclusively to Gold Plan members.
