Create your own catalog. This is one of the most powerful tools in the program. Use the catalog for many purposes:

Input fittings quickly that you keep on the shelf for stock.
Cut down on misinterpretations from the field by allowing number codes

instead of drawings. Use a number code over the phone when you can't get to a fax.

Using a number code system, you can standardize the types of fittings made

in your shop and improve productivity.

Accessories

Use the Accessories feature to make labels and reports for purchased consumable items, such as grilles, registers, and flex duct. Send the reports on to suppliers for a quote. For non-consumables, keep track of shop tools, scaffolding, and gang boxes. This is a powerful feature to eliminate tool losses.
