The new release of Trimble ConstructJob will now allow users to upload material information from AutoBid Mechanical to Trimble’s web-based project management solution, Trimble ConstructJob. This information can then be used to generate material requests or purchase orders. You can also compare the quantities ordered vs. the estimated quantities to determine cost overruns. And, it’s all as easy as 1 – 2 – 3.

The Trimble ConstructJob Integrator is a free, lightweight, stand-alone utility required to seamlessly sync your AutoBid Mechanical data with Trimble ConstructJob. In just three steps, your organization can easily share your project’s estimated material and equipment needs within a robust web-based project management solution for easy collaboration across your company.

Three Steps For Syncing Your AutoBid Mechanical Data with Trimble ConstructJob:

• Step 1 – Select the AutoBid Rapid Reports file that contains your project’s information.







• Step 2 – Input project information in this screen. The Integrator will automatically pick up the Project ID and Job Name. You can change that information (if necessary) and add additional information like jobsite address and client.







• Step 3 – Review the material list and click “Finish”. The information is now available for use in ConstructJob.
