Anybody can sell you software. But who else gives you a free JumpStart?

JumpStart makes it easy for our new customers to immediately begin generating bids and 3D models with their new AutoBid® Mechanical, AutoBid® SheetMetal, DuctDesigner 3D®, and PipeDesigner 3D® software systems.

Here's how it works:

  1. After your shipment arrives, QuickPen Technical Support is available to assist you with installing and licensing the software application.
  2. Once installed, contact our Training Coordinator at 800.234.3758 for information on our self-paced training lessons. (Estimating products only)
  3. After you have completed the self-paced training, you can attend implementation training at QuickPen's facility. For estimating customers, this includes a personalized Implementation Workshop to customize your configuration data.
  4. At the end of the training session, we will provide media to load your company's configuration data before you head home to perform final system implementation.
  5. Start cranking out bids or 3D models!
After JumpStart

When you complete your implementation, help continues to be available under your one-year Customer Care support plan, free with your software purchase. Customer Care provides you with access to support services and software upgrades. Other benefits include software alerts, notifications, and our customer newsletter. When your plan nears expiration, a QuickPen representative will contact you to assist you with renewing your plan (if not already done).
