Using the Web conferencing technology of WebEx and PlaceWare, we can now meet with customers one-one-one or in groups, provide highly effective interactive real-time support, and demonstrate features and functions of our products over the Web.
Webconferencing allows QuickPen's engineers to watch our customers' computer screens while they work. And with the ability to pass desktop and application control among web conference participants, QuickPen's engineers can actually run QuickPen applications on customer computers to help diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
